Verify Eligibility

Ensure your gear is in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Request an RMA

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back to our warehouse.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Processing and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
